War Game

Have you ever felt like you were in the middle of a war game?
I am in the middle of such a war and it's become fierce!
Must you watch your hero take the enemy from within down?
I started this war with prayer and now I must watch it unfold!

Has it happened to anyone close to you in your life time?
The Lord is fighting Satan for my loved ones soul and spirit!
Have you ever felt torn about which side you wish to see win?
I pray every moment of each waking day that the Lord wins!

Have your tears ever fallen as you watch the two of them fight?
Buckets of tears have fallen as I watch the war raging on!
Did you fall on your knees and pray for both of them to win it?
I have prayed for Jesus and my loved one to win this battle!

Has war debris fallen in your path causing you to stumble?
Debris tries to extinguish my faith's flame as the war rages!
Have you ever wanted to fight the war for the one you love?
Wanting to help, knowing example and prayer the only way!
