Please send a prayer to heaven
And ask God if he knows of my plight
If he answers when you go a'knockin'
Tell him I'm losing the strength to fight

As my days roll into each other
Relief only seems further away
It seems my pain and fear builds
No matter how often I kneal and pray

I'm asking you all to pray for me
And the strength I can't seem to find
I can't keep a smile on my face
And it's driving me out of my mind
