By And By

My cyber sis has passed
At least that’s what they say
But I know beyond a doubt
She’s not very far away

I can see her now
As she writes another line
“I didn’t want to leave
But God said it was time”

She strove to help others
With all through life she’d learned
Our angel is now flying
With wings that she has earned

She will always be here
If not in deed, than in thought
Have we seen the last of her
No…I really think not

With a smile she awaits us
For that party in the sky
We will all join her
Eventually…by and by
