Sitting here thinking of a friend
The world revolving around me
I feel a quickening heartbeat
I know for certain it is you
Desperation and denial
Little happiness little gain
Many prayers sent to your Lord's ears
But not left in his loving care
Hold your sword strongly in two hands
Temper it with the grace of God
Have patience while sharing wisdom
And victory shall be the Lord's
Speak out in a loud and clear voice
Use not any judgemental tone
Time cannot be bent by mankind
All transpires as He's written
Keep your heart's eyes trained on the Lord
And you'll witness His will be done
