The Fair
As I skipped down the street Excitement sizzled in the air I was getting my wish I was going to the fair I ate some cotton candy It's sweetness tickling my nose I rode the giant rollercoaster Making my tummy hug my toes I saw tigers prowling in their cage And elephants doing a trick I stopped to watch the lion tamer Using her chair and her whip I pet all the baby animals That came from neighboring farms Then I went to play some games And soon prizes filled my arms It seemed before I knew it It was time for me to go I'll have to wait till next year To catch the puppet show
